Shipping policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We ask our customers to allow us 3-5 business days of processing time to assemble your order before it ships. However, during our sales and the holiday season, Livestock experiences a higher volume of orders than usual, and we kindly ask that customers allow 7 business days for orders to be processed. Tracking will be sent via email and can be tracked on the Shop app or through the tacking number provided in your order confirmation, or our online order tracker here.

Please know that our team is working as fast as possible to get your order prepared for you. We apologize for any delay and appreciate your patience.

USA SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. 

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package.  The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.

Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS.

Expedited shipping is available for item shipped from our warehouse. If the items ship directly form the vendor there will be no option for expedited shipping. Orders must be placed before 2pm EST in order to be shipped out same day (If you place order at 3pm EST Monday with Next Day it will not arrive to you until Wednesday).

Drop-Shipping

Some items on our site are shipped directly from the vendor. These items are labeled either drop ship or Kazbah.

Order processing can take up to 10 business days. All orders are shipped with standard shipping and expedited delivery is not available.

Since each brand ships from its own warehouse, your Drop Ship item(s) will arrive separately from the rest of your Karmaloop order. If you order from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each brand.

APO and FPO

Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office and Post Office Box (APO/FPO and P.O. Box) addresses will be shipped with USPS and will be charged an additional $5 shipping charge. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Once the package is handed off to a Military Delivery Partner there is no tracking available. Vendor Direct and Drop Ship brands do not ship to APO/FPO.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@nova-six.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@nova-six.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
